Wingo reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts in cases of bonus abuse, such as multiple accounts from the same household or multiple registrations from the same IP address.

All games on Wingo use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by eCOGRA. Every game outcome is entirely random and independent of any previous result.

• All games are tested and certified to industry standards.
• There is no way to alter game outcomes — no software or method will work.
• Using any software, bots, or automation to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Wingo reserves the right to void any transaction resulting from a technical error.
• Outcomes in Sports Betting are determined in accordance with decisions made by the relevant recognized sports governing bodies.

Any of the following activities will result in permanent account closure and possible balance forfeiture:

1. Creating or operating multiple accounts.
2. Using Wingo for money laundering or any illegal activity.
3. Manipulating the platform to circumvent bonus terms.
4. Attempting to tamper with or hack the game software.
5. Registering with false information or providing fraudulent documents during the KYC process.
6. Misconduct or harassment toward other players.
7. Filing a chargeback or credit card dispute against Wingo.

Either Wingo or the user may close an account at any time and for any reason. Users wishing to close their account should contact support.
